Sandbox Environment

Since Sandbox is isolated and separated from Production, no data is shared between the two systems. As such, any and all data must be explicitly sent to the Sandbox environment.

Bushel strives to provide the Sandbox environment as a high quality, reliable, and production-like environment. However, as it is inherently a testing environment there may be occasions where data may be lost or reset. If data resets or other alterations to the Sandbox environment occur or are necessary, Bushel will provide notice as soon as practical.

If desired, a reset of data in your Sandbox environment may be requested.

Authentication in Sandbox operates the same as in our Production environment. This means that any authentication codes or password reset communications are sent directly to the account holders phone number or email address. Unlike our previous UAT environment, testers and other users of Sandbox are not able to intercept these codes and must log in using their own credentials.

Bushel’s Customer View provides Portal Administrators the ability to view any Producers data exactly as the Producer would see it themselves. A Customer Search bar is presented to all Portal administrators wherein a particular Producer can be searched for and selected. Once a Customer is selected, the Portal appears and operates the same as it does for the Producer. This functionality lets Administrators validate and test any Producers data without any compromised authentication or impersonation.

Upon request, Bushel can provide native mobile builds of our mobile applications targeted towards the Sandbox environment for additional testing. These builds have the same Authentication characteristics as our Web Portal as described above.
